ALTER embraced the challenge of designing CGK Chemical Process Solutions’ multi-day event celebrating the expansion of their production facilities. Under the fitting slogan “There’s chemistry between us,” this event became a celebration of CGK’s ambitious growth and groundbreaking innovations.
ALTER crafted a tailor-made concept that perfectly aligned with CGK’s vision of growth and innovation. By pushing boundaries, we designed a vibrant and bold event that exceeded expectations. The festivities kicked off on Friday with an over-the-top client breakfast, featuring Oshinderieuw’s inspiring keynote “Be Your Own Legend,” sharing her journey to success. On Saturday, the spotlight shifted to the employees, who were celebrated and treated to an exclusive tour of the newly expanded production facilities.
Both audiences were captivated by a stunning showcase: two acrobatic dancers brought the construction of a silo to life through a theatrical performance, accompanied by the haunting notes of a solo cello. The result? Goosebumps and tears in the eyes of the audience.
This multi-day event perfectly embodied CGK’s core values: ambition, innovation, and connection. The towering new production facility was not just a physical expansion but a symbol of CGK’s "larger-than-life" vision as a market leader. CEOs Tijl Charle, Antoine Willems, and Geert Denutte were visibly moved, feeling the “chemistry” resonate throughout the soaring space.
