One century of successes, innovation and craftsmanship. ALTER saw this as a three-day event. Even though we had to convince our client of that first.
The initial request was for an open day with children's entertainment and space for retired colleagues. ALTER listened and looked further into the real wishes and goals of this client. Result: a concept for a multi-day event where the different target groups each got their 'moment de gloire' to celebrate this 100th anniversary.
On Thursday evening, business relations from the Valtech Group were first given a tour of the company, followed by a networking dinner. Saturday we cleared the dance floor for a staff party where colleagues were treated to food, drinks and live music. On Sunday, the company again opened its doors to families of employees and retirees. They got a peek behind the scenes and had a chance to socialize over cake and coffee.
ALTER provided the right setting with a marquee on the company grounds, decorated as a cozy brown pub. A setting that was a perfect match for every target group. The beating heart of this multi-day event brought everyone together and provided the right ambiance. Another example of how ALTER thinks beyond the original question and knows exactly how to capture the right concept development for the client.
